piston rods capable of handling tough environments.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Steel grades: AISI 1045 \/ 1050, 4140, CK45, C45, 42CrMo, 20MnV6, 27SiMn<\/li>\n<li>Typically meets ASTM A108, A311 class B<\/li>\n<li>Rango De Tama\u00f1o:<\/li>\n<li>Metric size diameter 6 mm to 800mm, imperail sizes available.<\/li>\n<li>Induction hardened chrome rod length: Max. 18 meters.<\/li>\n<li>Hardness of chrome plating HRc 60-72<\/li>\n<li>Surface hardness of HRc 50 minimum<\/li>\n<li>Minimum hardness case depth at 1mm<\/li>\n<li>Hard chrome plated thickness per side: minimum 15 microns \/20 microns\/ de los ejes de<\/a>, the induction hardened chrome plated rods are heat treated by induction hardening.<\/p>\n<p>Induction hardened is a type of heat treatment process, for which a metal part is heated to a certain temperature by induction heating and then quenched.<\/p>\n<p>Except the above, the other manufacturing processes are the same with ordinary <a
